Card machines in Wilmslow: common questions

How quickly can card takings reach my Wilmslow business?

Teya settles card takings the next working day as standard, and qualifying businesses can choose everyday or Instant Settlement options, with conditions and in some cases an extra charge. This gives your business immediate access to day-to-day trading cash.

Can you provide payment terminals for firms with multiple Cheshire locations?

Yes. If your business operates across multiple sites—such as branches in Wilmslow, Altrincham (6 miles away), and Stockport (7 miles away)—we set up matching Teya Pro hardware with centralised multi-site reporting and a dedicated account lead.

What happens if our shop Wi-Fi drops out during busy trading hours?

The Teya Pro terminal features dual connectivity with automatic 4G fallback. If your local broadband connection drops, the card machine automatically switches to its cellular connection so you continue processing payments without disruption.

Do you cover businesses in the town centre, the high street and Altrincham Road, Wilmslow?

Yes. Business Genie Payments sets up Teya card machines for businesses across Wilmslow, including the town centre, the high street and Altrincham Road, and the wider Cheshire. Quotes are arranged by phone or a booked call, so you don't need to visit an office.

Which Wilmslow businesses do you set card machines up for?

Locally we most often help cafes, independent boutiques, hair and beauty salons and professional consultancies. Any business taking card payments in Wilmslow can ask for a bespoke Teya quote based on its monthly card turnover.

I also trade in Altrincham and Macclesfield. Can you cover that too?

Yes. Many Wilmslow businesses also trade in nearby towns such as Altrincham, Macclesfield and Stockport, at markets or at events. Tell us every site you trade from and we'll quote for the whole setup. Teya Lite and Teya Go can connect over 4G as well as Wi-Fi, which suits trading away from your main premises.
