Privacy notice

This website is run by Business Genie Payments, an independent authorised Teya partner. We are responsible for the personal information you send us through this site. Contact: carldaniel1@hotmail.co.uk or 07786 235 819.

When you send an enquiry or book a call, we collect what you give us: your name, business name, telephone number, email address, business type, approximate monthly card turnover, current payment provider, location and any message. We also record which page you sent it from and how you arrived at the site (for example, a search engine or campaign link).

We never ask for ID documents or bank details through this website.

We use your details to respond to your enquiry, prepare a quotation, review your statement if you ask us to, and help with a Teya application if you decide to go ahead. Our lawful basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, and our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries.

Your enquiry is stored in our own systems and in our customer relationship management system. We receive an email alert through Microsoft Outlook. If you book a call, Calendly processes the booking. If you choose to apply, we share the information needed for the application with Teya, which will then handle your data under its own privacy notice.

We keep enquiry details for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and any resulting customer relationship, and then delete them. You can ask us to delete your details at any time.

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or object to how we use it, by contacting us. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
