Running a shop in Bradford
The Broadway is Bradford's main retail shopping facility, while Forster Square Shopping Park sits beside Forster Square Railway Station. These settings bring different shopping patterns: customers comparing purchases across city centre units, and people combining a retail visit with rail travel. Bradford also has independent trade near Saltaire. For a shop owner, the payment point needs to suit the particular visit, whether it involves browsing or collecting a planned purchase.
At the counter, Teya Pro accepts contactless, chip and PIN, Apple Pay and Google Pay, and includes a receipt printer. Teya Go offers barcode scanning for shops that need that capability in a compact card reader. For an additional contactless payment point away from the counter, Tap to Pay uses the Teya app on an iPhone or Android phone, with no extra hardware needed to take the payment.
Purchases around The Broadway
A customer shopping around The Broadway brings their purchases to your counter and asks for a printed receipt. Teya Pro combines card and mobile wallet acceptance with a built-in printer. You can take the payment and hand over the receipt at the same point, then review transactions through the Teya app.
Barcode scanning at Forster Square
For a retailer at Forster Square Shopping Park, barcoded goods can be part of the daily counter routine. Teya Go includes barcode scanning alongside its compact card reader format and Wi-Fi or 4G connectivity.
An extra payment point in Saltaire
In a Saltaire shop, a customer choosing goods away from the main counter may be ready to pay there. Tap to Pay lets you take a contactless payment on an iPhone or Android phone using the Teya app. It provides that payment option without requiring an extra piece of hardware.

Questions from Bradford retail shops
Which Teya device can scan barcodes in my Bradford shop?
Teya Go can scan barcodes and connects through Wi-Fi or 4G. It is an option for retailers around Forster Square Shopping Park handling barcoded goods. Barcode scanning alone does not establish compatibility with your existing stock system or till, so assess those requirements separately.
Can I take contactless payments away from my Saltaire shop counter?
Tap to Pay takes contactless payments through the Teya app on an iPhone or Android phone, without extra hardware. For a separate pocket-sized machine you can carry around the shop, Teya Lite offers Wi-Fi and 4G and provides digital receipts.
